The project develops around three floors of offices in the new Bayard building—an eco-friendly structure in the heart of Avenue Montaigne—prioritizing the well-being of the law firm’s team. The design embodies the excellence and elegance of Paris, creating inspiring and functional workspaces in one of the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
The layout of the floors offers unique services designed to help everyone thrive in this innovative environment. Each level features distinct zones, such as a reception area, spacious meeting rooms, a large lounge, a library, with high-end finishes and bespoke joinery. One of the significant challenges was to meet deadlines while working in a live environment, managing noise, dust control, and other disruptions associated with construction.
