The project involved the construction of an additional floor (6th floor) to elevate and replace the existing glass roof, which had previously experienced persistent leaks and water infiltration issues. This extensive structural modification required specialized logistics, including the deployment of a crane to safely dismantle and reposition the glass roof elements.
To ensure structural integrity for the additional floor, the foundations were reinforced, providing a stable load-bearing base for the new construction.
The newly added top floor was configured with modular meeting rooms, featuring soundproof, transparent movable partitions to enable flexible space reconfiguration. Furthermore, fully equipped kitchen facilities, private offices, and collaborative open-plan workspaces were integrated across the two newly renovated floors to support varied operational needs
