Savills, an international real estate company, commissioned Sinfonic to carry out the fit-out of its new headquarter in a building in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
For its new headquarters, Savills moved into the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 5-storey building with a panoramic 400m2 roof terrace. Working in concert with the architectural team, Sinfonic was able to propose dynamic, bold and colorful office spaces to instill motivation and creativity in the client’s employees. The project’s unique, vibrant design was enhanced by the application of dichroic film to all the building’s glass elements, from the reception area to the open-plan levels. This original, colorful design creates a stimulating and captivating environment for future office users. Also, the light conductor leading users to “color blocks” was imagined with the aim of facilitating socialization and collaboration, thus creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. By meeting the necessary criteria and adding an insect hotel on the roof terrace, the client has earned Breeam certification, a guarantee of quality.
