The project

This project, spanning nearly 700 m² and located on the 3rd floor of the Le Centorial building in the heart of Paris, was designed to provide a modern, functional, and collaborative work environment. The new offices feature a large open space, multiple meeting rooms, and a relaxation area, fostering interaction and team well-being.

Our teams managed the entire project, from the stripping phase to the final fit-out, integrating technical and aesthetic solutions tailored to Anaplan’s needs.

• Stripping and interior fit-out: Renovation of floors (carpet), installation of new partitions and ceilings while reusing existing tiles for a more sustainable approach.
• Layout of key spaces: Creation of a tea point and a kitchen, fitting out of meeting rooms and the reception area, with refined finishes in wood and acoustic fabrics, particularly in the Town Hall space.
• Adaptation of technical installations (MEP): Optimization of ventilation, modification of lighting and electrical outlets for greater comfort and energy efficiency.
• Optimized IT infrastructure: Creation of a new IT room with cable routing to access points to ensure optimal connectivity.
• Sustainable commitment: Recycling of carpets and ceilings, reuse of existing materials for a more eco-friendly project.
