The team was engaged in a Design & Build approach, working from an architectural guideline provided by the client, Roberto Naldi Collection.
The building was completely gutted, only keeping the facade, to allow for the restructuring of all floors and vertical circulation, including the elevator shaft and staircases. A detailed synthesis and coordination was implemented, ensuring close collaboration with all project stakeholders. This process led to the successful delivery of twelve suites, each featuring a small living room, a kitchenette, a fully equipped bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed. As part of the hotel renovation was as well the refurbishment of the Italian restaurant, La Tosca, located on the ground floor of the luxury Hotel. Sinfonic created a cosy and a pleasant place to accomodate Hotel Spendid’s guest.
