World-renowned American hotel group Radisson Hotels called on Sinfonic to refurbish the 280 rooms of its hotel, the Radisson Blu, located in the heart of the Belgian capital, rue Fossé-aux-Loups.
This ambitious project brought new life to an emblematic building, rich in history and deeply rooted in the city. One of the main challenges was to manage the work in an occupied environment. With 282 rooms to renovate, ranging from the presidential suite to 158 “Collection rooms”, including some 20 suites and executive rooms, each intervention was meticulously planned to minimize disruption to guests.
Residents’ comfort has always been our priority, with particular attention paid to noise and dust reduction, as well as to optimizing the logistics of delivering materials and equipment. To ensure smooth execution, the project was divided into several phases, with a precise schedule for each group of rooms. Each stage of the renovation was delivered on schedule, while maintaining high quality standards and staying within budget. This rigorous organization enabled us to achieve our objectives without compromising the quality of the project.
The architects added a touch of elegance and modernity, repositioning the hotel in the Brussels luxury market. Every space was carefully thought out, including the creation of an Executive Lounge on the fifth floor, offering a new place to work and relax for a discerning clientele. Thanks to a close collaboration between our expertise in complex site management and the talent of the architect-decorators, this project was a real success. We are proud to have contributed to the transformation of this hotel, while respecting its unique history and character.
