Sinfonic carried out the refurbishment work on the hotel formerly known as Holiday Inn, located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, in the emblematic Saint Germain des Prés district.
Ideally located near Rue de Rennes, this hotel has been reimagined to offer guests an experience that blends elegance, comfort, and Parisian charm. The renovation was carried out in two distinct phases, each designed to enhance the guest experience.
The first phase focused on modernizing the 138 rooms, bathrooms, and corridors, creating intimate spaces with a contemporary yet refined aesthetic. The second phase transformed the common areas, with meticulous attention to the lobby, bar, restaurant, and fitness area. Milanese architect and designer Fabrizio Casiraghi infused the interiors with an Art Deco liner-inspired style, giving the hotel a timeless allure.
Rich materials such as mahogany and brass add a glamorous yet inviting atmosphere, where every detail has been crafted to create a sense of warmth and sophistication. This renovation strikes a perfect balance between modernity and classic aesthetics, offering guests a uniquely refined stay in the heart of Paris.
