Costar Group, a prominent provider of real estate listings, information and analysis in both commercial and residential sectors, has entrusted Sinfonic with the refurbishment of their new parisian 7 floor office building .
The objective of this project was to reorganize the spaces into new collaborative offices, perfectly adapted to the needs of each employee, featuring open spaces with glass partitions, break areas with an open kitchen, as well as specific zones such as a mother room and phone booths. Special attention was given to the ceiling, on the ground level, with dichroic film to create a modern atmosphere inspired by the digital world. Close collaboration with the design team allowed for the realization of architectural aspirations while respecting the unique volumes of the level. In the basement, a TV studio and a control room was implemented with a custom cyclorama to facilitate recordings. Specific materials were chosen to ensure the acoustic performance of this studio, and bespoke joinery was installed.
