Founded in 1980 in Paris’s Golden Triangle, this luxury watch and jewelry boutique has established itself as an international benchmark. Located on the corner of rue Pierre Charron and rue Clément Marot, Arije called on Sinfonic to restructure its store in a Haussmann building, thus enhancing its prestige.
This renovation project transformed three levels, from the basement to the first floor, featuring the creation of a monumental brass staircase, designed to resemble an organ, along with the installation of an elevator. The basement was converted into lounges, with high-end finishes applied to achieve a minimalist design. Sinfonic coordinated the work alongside the architects, resulting in the development of three luxury boutiques for Arije, Rolex, and Hublot, as well as the renovation of the building’s façades.
In the basement, the cellars were reimagined and transformed into elegant lounges, requiring significant structural work. The high-end finishes and use of premium materials, combined with a minimalist aesthetic, demanded close collaboration between the artisans, the owners, and Sinfonic’s team. The project also included the full restoration of the exterior façades.
